Auctioneer's Note:  Sergeant Lamar Scott received the purple heart for his service in Vietnam.  In retirement, he traveled with his collection to various schools on the East Coast, teaching students about military history.  Linkous Auction Group would like to thank Mr. Scott for his service to our Country, and for entrusting us with his lifetime collection of military collectibles.
